The Tamarac North Lauderdale Chamber of Commerce is presenting a 1 day Arts and Crafts Festival Saturday March 30th 11am to 7pm. In collaboration with the City of Tamarac this will be the 3rd Arts and Crafts Festival for the local Chamber of Commerce. After skipping 2018 due to holiday date conflicts the Tamarac North Lauderdale Chamber is ready to sign up a 100 vendors making the “avenue walk” an enjoyable, interesting way to see original, unique art from local and neighboring artists.
This annual outdoor art show is hosted at the Tamarac Community Center 8601 W Commercial Blvd Tarmac 33351 11am to 7pm and features local and national artists who work in all mediums. All artwork is original and priced at $200 or less. Each artist is selected by the arts and crafts committee comprising of Heritage Art Galleries and Sandy Hill (resident artist). The festival is presented by the local Chamber of Commerce and the host City – Tamarac. Sponsored by local businesses like Melba Ballard State Farm, Pacifica Forest Trace Senior Living, and City Furniture enabling the event to succeed.
Local schools and colleges with be involved including the Tamarac Public Art Committee.
Starving Artist format!! – STARVING ARTIST ??? What is that all about?
All art work on sale at the Tamarac Arts & Crafts Festival will be less than $200. We want to attract young artists, new artists as well as seasoned artists to come to Tamarac and showcase art for the local community and visitors. This is an affordable way for these artists to progress. A 1 day event, only $50 to enter, increased chances of sales.
Who would not want original art in their home? Arts and crafts from an independent artist purchased at the hometown annual event? Affordable, unique items to make everyone’s home special. Something to give a memory of community gathering or visit to a great City in the spring season.

This 3rd annual outdoor festival offers unique affordable artwork from more than 90 artists from around South Florida including visiting Artists. Located at the Tamarac Community Center 8601 W. Commercial Blvd, this outdoor festival features artwork of all mediums including: ceramics, glass, jewelry, metal, painting, photography and wood. This festival is a “walk with a tree avenue” with music on the City stage, food trucks with delicious food, grass and shade trees to hang out as you choose the item for your home or to gift to loved ones.
